Several team members of FLASH work with different organizations in consulting work. We offer our knowledge and experience to actors in humanitarian aid and development for short-term technical missions.

  • Exploratory missions, rapid assessments and evaluations in disasters and humanitarian crises.
  • Audits of Quality / impact of response in emergency.
  • Development of training plans for field teams.
  • Coaching "on the job" and "on site" training in the projects.
  • Formulation and / or directing of technical projects.

Technical assistance

In the FLASH team we like challenges. We work to find solutions to problems and to improve the impact of the work of the actors in humanitarian aid and development cooperation.

  • Troubleshooting in the process of implementation.
  • Courses and workshops for the correct use of specialized equipment.
  • Preparation of Technical Manuals.
  • Technical advice for suppliers of material and equipment used in humanitarian aid.
